Volunteer Opportunities
There are two ways to serve and help make the evening shine:
Prep & Volunteer Opportunities
Help us prepare for the big night! Tasks include:
Assembling gift bags
Creating decorations
Organizing check-in items and corsages

Night of Event Volunteers
Be part of the excitement on event night!
Please note:
- Minimum Age: Middle school and older
- Background Checks: Required for all volunteers 18+ (Hope will reach out if an updated check is needed)
- Parent Waiver: Required for volunteers under 18 (available under Resources)
- Training: All volunteers must attend one training session dates are:
- Tuesday, February 4 at 6:30 PM
- Tuesday, February 11 at 6:30 PM
Roles include:
- Hosts & Buddies (our biggest need — we need over 100!)
- Red Carpet Team
- Sensory Room Support
- Food Service, and Event Support
- And so much more!
