Local Disaster Response Training Opportunity

Have you wanted to get involved with disaster response, but are not quite sure where to start? Have you attended training in the past, but feel a bit rusty? In partnership with Jordan Lutheran Church, Lutheran Servants for Christ Disaster Response is offering a two-day training opportunity on April 5-6, 2024. The training will take place at Jordan Lutheran's property in Apex, NC. Planned training areas include muck-out, chainsaw operation and safety, tractor maintenance and operation, and mobile food ministry. Participants can sign up for one or more segments.
