Mission Trip (7-8 Grades)
This year our 7-8th graders will be traveling to Jacksonville, NC to serve in a unique way. We’ll be partnering with Calvary Lutheran Church to plan and provide a Vacation Bible School Program. This will allow them to connect with their community and reach kids and families in their area with Christ’s love. We’ll take everything we’ve learned from hosting our own VBS at Hope and use those skills to support a smaller congregation in their rebuilding efforts. Participants will gain a broader perspective on serving Christ, valuable leadership skills, and lasting memories. Plus, we’ll get to bond together through beach time and other local adventures. Registration is open April 1-May 5. Cost is $300.
